Junior Boys Rugby

There will be strength and conditioning workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays
at lunch and Tuesdays and Wednesdays after school from 2:45pm - 4:00pm

Anyone looking for extra workouts can join Mr.Pendergast Mondays and Thursdays
after school from 2:45pm - 3:45pm

Also, there will be meeting Friday February 20th at lunch in Mr.Chambers' room.
