May 20
Yesterday, through the heat at Tindall Field, the senior girls fought hard in their semi final match. Unfortunately, due to an unlucky goal, the girls lost 1-0 to the KCVI Blues. The girls had a fantastic season with a record of 4 wins, 2 losses, and 2 ties. Great job girls!

May 19
Today the girls play in the semi finals at Tindall Field against KCVI. The game is at 1.30pm! Good luck girls !

May 18
Last night, the senior girls participated in the quarter finals against Bayridge. By the end of the first half, the score was 2-1 for Holy Cross with both goals coming from forward Sarah Ferguson. In the second half, Steph Benton scored one to put the Crusaders up 3-1. The final score was 3-2 for Holy Cross. Great job, girls and good luck in the semis!

The senior girls finished their regular season in fourth. The girls maintained an impressive record with 3 wins, 1 loss, and 2 ties! Playoffs start tonight as the team faces Bayridge on their home field at 3:30pm.

May 14
On Wednesday night, the Crusaders travelled to Sharbot Lake to battle the Panthers. The girls dominated, resulted in a 2-0 victory. Goal scorers were Erica Pascoal and Sarah Ferguson.

May 12
On Monday night, the Crusaders came together on their home field to take away a victory against the Lasalle Knights. The Crusaders won 1-0, with Julia Allen scoring for the Crusaders.

May 7
On Wednesday night, the girls played in Napanee in very windy conditions. The girls beat the Golden Hawks 3-1. Goal scorers were Julia Allen and Kelsey Kirbyson who scored twice for the Crusaders.

May 4
During last night's match at Frontenac the girls lead for most of the game. Steph Benton had an early goal that put the Crusaders up 1-0. By early in the second half, Patricia Zertuche tallied one for Holy Cross, making the score 2-1. The intense match ended in a 2-2 draw. Great work, girls!

May 3
Last Wednesday, the Father Stan Memorial games took place at Holy Cross. The game presented the girls with a hard match against the Regi Panthers. Although the girls played hard, they came up short with a score of 3-0 for Regi.

Tonight, the girls play at Frontenac at five o'clock.

April 27
In last night's opening match against the Sydenham Eagles, the Crusader girls fought hard through the entire 90 minutes. At half, the girl's were down 2-1 with a goal from Brianna Lapierre. Late in the second half, Erica Pascoal scored a head ball off of Patricia Zertuche's corner kick. The final score was 2-2.

April 23
The Senior Girls played through the rain on Friday, April 16, at Tindell Field. All the girls had strong Holy Cross spirit and skill. The girls finished the day with a win agaisnt Lasalle, a tie against St. Joe's and a loss against Sydenham. Keep working hard, girls !
