Mr. C. Forster is the full-time Coordinator of the Pastoral Services Department. He has worked at Holy Cross C.S.S. since January 1995. He is an honours graduate from Trent University in Peterborough (English & Psychology) and received his Master of Divinity from St. Michael's College, University of Toronto, in 1983.
