The Catholic School Councils of Regiopolis-Notre Dame C.H.S. and Holy Cross C.S.S. are hosting a joint Family & Caregiver Information Night with Dr. Tom D'Amico, former Director of Education with the Ottawa Catholic School Board, on Thursday, April 16th at Holy Cross C.S.S. from 6:00 to 7:30 P.M.

We are sharing information about a research study being conducted by researchers in the Department of Psychology at Queen’s University. The study is exploring teen sleep and how young people cope with sleep problems and who they turn to for help.
